My mobile is unable to start if somehow it start up, then i'm unable to click any function. nor i'm receiving any call. Nor i can make any call. Recently i installed a new anti virus.
What should i do?
From where should i get it repaired in Aligarh/India.
Should i update the software of the mobile.
But from Where?
Plz Help

It is possible that some incompatibility in the anti-virus program you have installed has caused the phone's keyboard to be disabled - but that's just a guess. It could be some other software or hardware problem.
