Norton internet security feature - how to unblock my entry to the internet?

i have a new hp laptop. the norton software is installed with it so i get 60 days to use it for free.

we then installed for a broadband internet. the technician says that the internet is doing fine, except that the norton anti virus (internet security feature) is blocking our access to the internet.

he advised to uninstall norton, but we don't want to because some viruses may attack our laptop...

so... how do i unblock it so that we can use the internet, on the same time delete the viruses coming in to our laptop.

here we go:

1. remove norton, don't worry, i've got something better for you.

2. google comodo antivirus and comodo firewall pro( two differint google searches) and download and install them.

3. google, download and install mcafee siteadvisor

4.google, downlad and install spybot search and destroy!

remember to update and scan your computer with these programs at least twice per week ( 3 times is recommended!)
