I have Zone Alarm Firewall installed on my computer and it resides on the task bar for on demand purposes just like any other anti virus/anti spyware software. But when I restore it the restoring window goes to the side of screen and disappear, I can't access it. How do I resolve this problem?

Try increasing the resolution of your monitor (via desktop, right click, choose properties, click on Settings tab, slide to right to a higher resolution, click OK.) at this new higher resolution, restore Zone Alarm and if the window is now visible drag to centre of screen, then go back to the previous resolution if you desire. You should now see the Zone Alarm window when restoring in future. Good luck!
