Which anti-viruses/spyware ect. are best?

Im looking for a strong protection software that barely slows down my PC. Please rate some and provide detailed fedback as it will greatly be appericiated. I currently have McAfee Total Protection and from the looks of it.. its alot better than NORTON speed-wise. I love it.. I need suggestions ! ;)

I would go with Trend Micro for Anti-Virus.

And Spybot Search %26 Destroy, probably the best spyware program, and it's free!

I use AVG, Ad-Aware and Spybot Search and Destroy. It is always good to have a mixture of programs because while none are perfect, you can keep your system clean with a few. The ones I use are all free.
