Is this a virus problem?

yesterday my pc was under attack from the virus trojan.lowzones. i have norton anti-virus protection and the action taken was the file was automatically deleted according to the software report. my partner did a system restore and took the computer back 24hrs in time. everything seems fine BUT my recycle bin icon is showing that files are waiting to be deleted but when you open the window nothing is in there! the option to empty recycle bin is available and when clicked it say "ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO DELETE 'WINDOWS'?" Im frightened to say yes incase i delete windows which i obviously need and i am frightened to restore item incase it is a virus......... Does anyone understand what is going on???? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

Is this a virus problem?spyware removal

i think... there's no Threat now ... since Norton is good at Detecting and deleting infections.... and If it deleted virus and your partner did System Restore to earilier date.. ( time where your Pc had virus) then Still you don't need to worry... since System restore just backs up Applications or programs.. or Computer Itself HOWEVER DELETED FILES CANNIT BE RESTORED! SO THERE MUST BE NO THREATS...
