How will i trace out the senders ip from the following info?

I got a spam in which the senders id is forged,i think.

i have removed my IP bcoz security reasons.

from the mail path i got this ip 211.142.46.83. but i can't ping and nslookup also fails. how can i trace the ip of the sender.
