Trojan virus help compter geek help!!!!!!?

i have windows vista it scanned with windows defender and it found a trojan called trojan:js/agent.fa and deleted it, so then i scanned my computer with kaspesky, webroot spy sweeper, spybot, ad-aware, and it found nothing, so i did some research and found out that the virus is

Trojan:JS/Agent.FA

Also Known As:Trojan-Clicker.HTML.Agent.a (Kaspersky) /Troj/Clicker-EB (Sophos) /Trojan-Clicker.HTML.Agent.a (Sunbelt Software)

-Trojan:JS/Agent.FA is malicious Javascript embedded in a Web page. The Javascript is designed to circumvent popup blocking by security applications.

so what i was wondering since i scanned it found it deletedto trojan, then scanned it with the best top rated anti virus and anti spyware programs do you think i am safe, also if i reinstall my windows vista will it go away because when you reinstall windows vista, i creates a brand new windows folder, and it leaves the old windows folder in a folder called WINDOWS.OLD for you to delete everything you ever had

Trojan virus help compter geek help!!!!!!?symantic

Reinstalling Windows Vista will not help but reformatting your computer and then installing windows vista would help because when the computer restarts the trojan or virus will start reinstalling itself. If you are not having the problems anymore the trojan might be gone but if you don't feel save to the following.

Download SUPERantispyware its alot better than Webroot
