I think that it can't find that file ,but I am not too sure
You probably have stuff installed that you don't know about. Call your friendly tech support people and ask them to go through with on when you have msconfig open (that's a program that lets you turn off startup stuff, and if you're not comfortable in screwing with windows, don't use it yourself).
Which antivirus do you have ?
