Why when I install the software from Creative, my security tells me theres a Worm?

I just bought a new webcam

I've had a creative webcam before and I've installed it on an old computer, but I have a different Anti-Virus now, and it's saying that theres a wrom it says "Worm,P2P.generic"

Whatever that is..

Is it safe to carry on the installation?

if it is a reputable product, you should have no problems.
