I've tried spybot, avast.com avg free, spywaredoctor.com. ez anti-virus (with my internet provider) etc. etc. My internet provider customer service didn't seem to know what I was talking about with a trojan horse and said they'd sent a "ticket" to a specialist and get back to me in 1 to 2 business days. Help!

As Zac the Dog said Trend Micro's Free House Call is pretty good but I think you should know by now from your previous scans what file or files this is in.
If they're not Program Files just delete the files. Yeah, you'll lose the files and you might have to reinstall some sh**, and if you hadn't saved your personal work it might be gone.
From my search I can only tell you that the code of the trojan is in spanish and I only speak english, french, and german. My hunch is this has something to do with Mexico and the destruction of election files. But, that's just a hunch.
