My computer hs become so slow?

i downloaded two softwares from google pack%26gt;%26gt;spyware doctor n norton security scan . In addition to that, i downloaded norton anti virus 15 day trial software . Since dat day ,my computer has become EXTREMELY slow. Its impossible to access net. wat should i do???

i hv already uninstalled norton secuirty scan n spyware doctor bt to no avail i m totally clueless!!!!!!!!
