Also, this copy of windows is not genuine. Norton anti-virus is also gone. What do I do now?

If u don't have the genuine copy, DONOT DO WINDOWS UPDATE or download Windows Defender. It causes this problem, now u either have to buy a genuine copy or reinstall windows with a new key or reformat the computer.

better ignore dese msgs n carry on wid ur work
I have not seen or heard of this before. There is a possibility that it is adware -- wanting you to buy something that will "fix" the problem. Download an adware scanner (I like ad-aware from Lavasoft) and do a scan.
