Was on friends computer. Did the full distructive system restore, put software back having formatted the drive automatically and the bloody thing was still there fslowing things down. Same software on my pc and no probs. And where does it come from.

And first thing put on her PC was the trail of Kasperski anti virus

are you getting a message regarding win32 - because win32 files that are needed to get your system resources (ie windows) and hardware related to your system up and running

the details that you have come back with can be a bit complicated to do - and you will be entering the windows registry which if done wrong can screw your system up

now you will have to turn off the windows system restore - other wise it will come back and haunt you

firstly download spybot search and destroy (reason for the download is spybot come with a decent registry backup tool) do a scan and registry backup

now do a search for ewkb.dll.%26 wver.dll (which are library files) - once found delete them
