Can't see web pages correctly, Please help!!?

This morning I was fiddling around with my computer deleting some stuff I thought I didn't need. I deleted a anti-virus program (I got another %26 it said you can't have both), also an Apple software (think it goes with the itunes program I download), and I think something else. Well anyway now I can't see the webpages correctly.

I logged on to myspace and when checking out the music on people's page it says "Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Macromedia's Flash Player. Click here to get the latest flash player."

I clicked on it and it takes me to adobe website but I'm not able to download. The button that says download is not there. I've also tried to do a system restore but nothing. What do I do? I can't even sign into my google mail account. Please help! Thanks!

and install flash player 9.

You might have to repair IE also. Try Firefox at http://www.mozilla.org/download.html
