BT Broadband option 3 installs Norton Security.?

I have bought Norton many times. Paid for their upgrades each time and have been let down every time.

Please advise why no faults are detected thru Norton spyware and Norton anti virus yet other software finds and cleans trojans on a daily basis. Are we being conned or is this a genuine fault.

What version are you using. Norton 360, 2007 and 2008 are the versions which detect malware better and is more stable.
The years i have used Norton Internet Security on my Windows computer i haven't had any problems.

No virus, trojans, spyware, adware, malware etc.

I also scanned my computer with ewido and BitDefender.
