My spouse and i have identical laptops, i have programmed both with the same internet connections, anti-virus, spyware etc. software. I'm not new at this i even taught MS Office but i cant get her pc to download and play games from Yahoo games. Mine will but hers wont. Any suggestions? since i cant get any help from yahoo games.

Make sure that her pop up blocker allows for yahoo to open a games window as well as she will need to have java plug ins. That you can get for free from sunjava.com. If you don't have it then the games won't work.
