Help!!! I can'tget Activex to work and play any Popcap games...?

I've been playing games on Popcap for ages and have never had a problem. All of a sudden it's prompting me to download Acyivex, even though I have it, and then IE blocks it and stops the game from working.

I've followed all the help pages on Popcap, my Anti-Virus and Firewall software and also on Windows Security Centre, and still it wont work.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.....

Hi there, not 100% sure if this'll help your situation but you could try deleting the Popcap ActiveX control form Internet Explorer.

If you go into Internet Explorer and then Tools, Internet Options, Programs, Manage add-ons, you will see a list of all the ActiveX controls etc. that you have downloaded. From here, you can delete or disable to your hearts desire. Try deleting the control and then closing IE, re-opening and re-downloading it... (I'm using IE 7 so if you are using a previous version then the layout may be slightly different)

If in doubt, delete all the controls as they can easily be re-downloaded and you never know, one may be conflicting with another...
