Does anyone know how to get the storage protector spyware virus off my computer and Free???

I can't seem to get rid of it and i have tried numerous anti-spy softwares already, I payed 40.00 for that xoftspySE and it did nothing for my computer. I need a FREE way to do it or FREE software to get rid of it .Im having windows update and help and support icons on my desktop that wont go away and system errors and system warnings i also have like 6,000+ pos1a pos 1a0 pos1c1 Etc files that appeared and i cant delete SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!!
