My pc's infected with virus protec pro, nothing's getting rid of it. I've tried every

I've put new anti spyware programs and anti virus on and I still have an annoying icon in the taskbar that pops a message up every few minutes telling me I need to buy new software. All other traces of the trojan horse seem to be gone, only the icon in the task bar is left but it's the worst. To make matters worse it's my work computer.

Thanks for the stars. I am quite surprised about "spy hunter", as this antispyware program is "rogue". No matter what, your problems are resolved.
