I have even tried accessing the site even after removing all anti-virus/ anti-spyware softwares but it doesnt work. Can anybody help please. Its urgent.

1) Try clearing your cache in your internet browser.

2) Try another browser, the site may be incompatible with your particular browser for all we know.

It's probably blocked at the firewall level.

I don't know. I just copied and pasted the site into my address bar, and it came right up.

Maybe try a different browser, or possibly you need to update your plug-ins to see the site. Go to Adobe.com, and download the latest flash player and shockwave players...that may help.
Deloitte have a regional bar on their website access. It is likely that you are in a region or IP address range that they have banned.

So - go to google - type anon browsing - pick an anon proxy - try accessing the site from there.

If you can access the site through the proxy then your IP or geo region is banned. If you still can't access then it is the weirdest thing I have come across...
