I think i have a bagle virus how do i get rid of it?

its stopped my anti virus working which wont reinstall,the one scan i can do the 3 of them keep coming back

downloader bagle gi trojan ( there are 2 of them) in ..... C:\WINDOWS\system32\wintems.exe (which i can see in task manager processes but it wont let me end it)

Restart PC, Press F8 while booting, you should get a menu, choose safe mode (alone, not with networking or command prompt), run your scans and let them get rid of the nasties, if the AV still doesn't do it in safe mode and you have taken a note of where they are then browse to them yourself via explorer or my computer and delete them yourself!

Get a decent set of security installed after reboot including a decent firewall. AND BE MORE WARY! Virus's %26 spyware can only install if you tell them to, so you've fell for a trick like click here for a free scan of your pc or something similar.

The easiest way, although not the best way, to boot into safe mode, is to have your computer start loading normally, and while it has the 'Windows XP' startup screen showing, turn the power off. The next time you turn it on, it will boot into safe mode.

Once you're in safe mode, download a good free anti virus to a flash drive, like AVG, or something similar, copy it to your computer, and run it.

If all else fails, find a friend who is good with computers, and ask them to help. Taking it to a computer repair shop is one way to get it fixed, but they will probably charge far more than they should.
