COWBANGA virus. I did what was posted on here, but when the download got to 80% my computer crashed

From the PANDA software site that was listed. I found the file back on the computer this am and deleted it again. I can't seem to get a anti-virus program to download all the way. The Panda one that was listed sounds like the best one, just wish I could figure out what is going on with this and whatever else may be slowing my computer down. When I get a pop-up and I close it, it starts to log me off also. When the pop-up blocker is working I then get "pop-unders"

Any ideas???

Computer Slow

Download and then run startup.exe at:

Can't live without it and windows...

Then disable and/or uninstall whatever u don't need.

Other things to try:

1 - Disk Cleanup (removal of temp files, cookies, etc.)

2 - Defrag

3 - Registry Cleanup (CAN BE VERY RISKY!)
