I cant USE CTRL ALT DELETE ANYMORE, i think i have a virus?

When i try to use CTrl alt delete it says the admin has disabled it, but im the admin of my computer, i noticed there were some adware bugs on my computer and ive gotten rid of most of theme except one, which spams me to buy anti spyware software i know its a bad file but my virus scanner doesnt pick it up i dont know what to do. HOw do i get my ctrl alt delete back
