I uninstall yahoo, i get these strange programs like bufferchm, tray app, etc in add/remove program. none of my anti-virus and anti-spyware software detects it. they are updated. i run them in safe mode and no detection. What are these strange programs? Where did they come from? How to remove them?

you're running an old version of Java.. allowing malware to install itself on your pc. uninstall java first and then download the newest version on http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/ind... (Download Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6.0.)
also Download Dr.Web CureIt :
ftp://ftp.drweb.com/pub/drweb/cureit/drw... and scan your pc to get rid of it
